The Scotch Egg Burger came about when owner Sean Rawlinson was searching for new menu items and came across the Scotch egg, a deep-fried hard-boiled egg wrapped in sausage that's traditionally. Roll your sausage-wrapped egg in flour, then egg wash, and finish in the seasoned bread crumbs. Meanwhile, fill a bowl with ice water. Cool the Scotch eggs slightly, then arrange on board with a good piece of Scottish Cheddar, some pickle and a few pickled onions.

It's not always easy to tell if an egg is past its best. A quick way to test an egg's freshness is to place it in a glass of cold water: if it sinks, it's fresh; if it rises, it's stale. Place eggs in saucepan and cover with water. Remove from hot water, cool and peel. The Scotch egg is still available, great app, and their calamri is hands down the best in town (great sauce, texture, the whole deal), and the cheese bollocks - ahh, the cheese bollocks.
