  11. Take 1 Monterey Jack Cheese thin slices(OPTIONAL)
  12. Make ready Nopales
  13. Prepare 1 packages diced Nopales
  14. Make ready 1 diced onion
  15. Make ready 1 diced tomatoes(I used 1 large)
  16. Make ready 1 bunch diced cilantro(optional)
  17. Take 1 cup squeezed limon(you can add more or less your choice)

  5. Heat up some frying oil and once its hot. Begin frying your Empanada…ONCE IT TURNS GOLDEN BROWN –> remove from pan.
  6. Nopales: Boil until tender then drain water…Mix diced nopales,tomatoes,onion, and cilantro. Squeeze a good amount of limon on it. Stir and Enjoy!
