- Take 150 cc Soy milk

- Prepare 1000 cc Water
- Get 1 teaspoon White pepper powder
- Get 1 teaspoon Seafood flavour seasoning (optional)
- Prepare 50 g Sugar
Japanese style Char Siu which is roast pork served on top ramen is the most important ingredient. It is served, of course, on top of Ramen, and also we sometimes eat it as it is or Char Siu Rice Bowl (Donburi). I sometimes make it by myself because I want to enjoy thick sliced one. Combine ingredients for braising liquid in a saucepan.
