  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper and place in crockpot
  2. In a small bowl combine/mix together tomatoe paste, vinegar, soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, garlic, onion, and pepper flakes
  3. Pour your mixture over top of chicken and cook on low 3-4 hours or high 1-2 hours
  4. Remove cooked chicken from crockpot, but leave the sauce.
  5. Dissolve cornstarch in 1/3 cup of water and mix into the sauce that has been left in your crockpot
  6. Add sesame oil to crockpot.
  7. Cover crockpot and let cook for 10-15 mins-until sauce thickens a bit.
  8. In the meantime..shred your chicken into bite sized pieces and return chicken to your crockpot
  9. Add sesame seeds for garnish!
