Adobo or adobar is the immersion of raw food in a stock composed variously of paprika, oregano, salt, garlic, and vinegar to preserve and enhance its flavor.   3. Heat the separate pan with oil and fry the pork - slow cooking.
  4. Placed the fried pork back to the 1st pan and mix well together with the remaining sauce then add the chicken breast.
  5. Mix it well, let it rest for about 1-3 mins… ready to serve! 👌👩‍🍳 you can add hard boiled egg if like 😉
