Season to taste with salt and pepper. Transfer vegetable mixture to medium bowl. Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Serve over rice, and sprinkle with cilantro.

Instructions to make Tuna Stir-fry:
  1. Bring pot of water to a rolling boil. Add rice, and let boil for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Wash all veggies and chop. Combine with tuna in frying pan. Add oil, and bring to medium heat. Cook for 8-10 minutes.
  3. When veggies are soft and tuna is at 150°F, season with black pepper, cayenne pepper, salt, and garlic. Reduce heat and cover.
  4. When rice has reached desired texture, drain water. Stir in honey, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Add cheese and stir til melted.
  5. Plate veggies and tuna on top of rice.

Combine sesame seeds on a plate; evenly coat both sides of tuna steaks. Heat a large, heavy skillet over high heat until very hot. Heat a large wok and add the oil. Once hot, add the vegetables a handful at a time and keep them moving in pan. Meanwhile, for the tuna steaks, heat a large griddle pan.
