  3. After 50 mins uncover and return to the oven for 10 mins.
  4. After the turn mins, turn the over side and return to the oven for 10 mins
  5. Remove from the oven, set aside and chop the ribs.
  6. In a pan, add chopped onions and dhania. Cook until the onions are translucent. Add the ribs stir and cook for a min then switch off the fire.
  7. Serve with you fave accompaniment like ugali and kienyeji greens. Enjoy.

Heat a wok or large skillet until it is hot. Add the peanut oil and when it begins to smoke add the meat. Return the meat to the pan, stir once or twice, then serve. Use a slotted spoon to separate them as soon as you place them in the oil to avoid sticking and ensure even cooking. Line the baking tray with foil and apply vegetable oil on the foil.
