  15. Get 6 oz rice noodles, cooked separately

Pour into a lightly greased casserole dish. In a bowl, combine the chicken, celery, pecans and diced onion. Combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice and garlic salt; add to chicken mixture and mix well. Top with potato chips, french-fried onions and cheese.

Instructions to make Chicken, celery & ginger stir-fry:
  1. In a skillet, heat oils over med high and cook the chicken, celery, bok choy and carrots, stirring occasionally for 8 minutes. Stir in all remaining ingredients, add 1/3C water and cook, stirring often for another 12-15 minutes. Add 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes.
  2. Serve over noodles.

Stir fry chicken until colour turns white and cooked. Add oil and sauté garlic and shallot until aromatic. Sprinkle salt and sugar to taste. Pour wine and stir fry quickly. Add chicken stock and cook until carrot and celery softened.
