Instructions to make Veggies and egg stir fry:
  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat add chopped garlic and ginger,saute a few minutes until fragrant. Add vegetables and carrot, saute until half boil.
  2. Add frozen mix vegetables and cook until they begin to soften,than add capsicum, onion and stir for few minutes.
  3. Add soy sauce and cook a minute more, all vegetables move to one side of pane… another side of pan add 1tbsp olive oil on medium heat,pour egg mixture and Cook for 1minute and stir nicely.
  4. Mix fry vegetables and fry egg gently to combine. sprinkle black pepper and chaat masala,stir for 2 minutes.
  5. Veggies and egg stir fry is ready. garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves.serve with hot rice,roti,parota.
