  4. Cut potatoes in small pieces. Add them & all the other veggies to the cooked masala.Cook on low flame for 5 minutes or till all the water is absorbed.
  5. Drain the water from the rice & add them to the veggies with 4 cup of water.
  6. Cover with lid & after a boil,slow down the flame & cook for 20 minutes.Switch off the flame.
  7. Serve hot with curd.
