  1. Heat oil in a pan & add mustard seeds & dry red chillies (torn in pieces). Let the mustard seeds crackle.
  2. When mustard seeds crackle, add curry leaves, green chillies and onions. Saute it for 1 minute and add ginger garlic paste.
  3. Saute it, till onion turn into golden brown in colour. Now add kashmiri red chilli and turmeric powder.
  4. Mix well and add the chopped tomatoes. Let it cook 5 for 7 minutes till the tomatoes turn soft. Add the required salt and cook for another few seconds.
  5. Take it out in a serving bowl.Garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot.
