Saute everything well.now add boiled noodles, saute on a high flame till everything well combined.filling is ready.

Now making spring rolls - take a spoonful of prepared stuffing and place on spring roll sheet.spread the stuffing in elongated shape. fold over the corner tightly till it reaches half the sheet. - furthermore, fold over sides like a envelope leaving no air pockets or space as they absorb oil. Create crease and roll further.apply maida paste around the corners and seal the edges.

  9. Meanwhile heat oil in a kadhai and fry all the spring rolls (2-3 at a time) until nice golden in colour on medium heat. Noodles spring rolls are ready cut and serve hot with ketchup.
