Steps to make Kheer:
  1. Start by soaking rice in water,wash them with water and soak for 1/2 hour.
  2. After milk starts boiling, add soaked rice into it.

  6. Kheer is ready, turn off the flame and add cardamom powder into it.
  7. Keep it in refrigerator to serve chilled. Chilled kheer taste more delicious.
