  11. Put the rest of the lotus seeds to the bottom of it, and top with the fried rice.
  12. Wrap the rice with parchment paper and prepare like a package.
  13. Put the rice package into the steamer and steam for about 10 mins.
  14. Remove from the steamer and serve hot.
