  6. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degree Celsius, remove from the oven.
  7. Cut the logs in 1/2 inch wide till it is little hot and keep it on the baking tray for the second baking at 180 degree celsius for 15 minutes.
  8. After 15 minutes keep the biscotti on grill rack.
