  3. Place fruit in pie dish.
  4. In another bowl mix together the almond meal, salt, remaining sweetener, and coconut oil. Mix together until coconut oil no longer in chunks and well incorporated in mixture.
  5. Spread mixture over berries evenly.
  6. Place dish in oven for about 45 minutes or until berries begin to boil.
  7. Let cool. Serve.

I think apple crumble is an excellent desert for the paleo conscious as it not only is healthy but on a winters night it is warm and filling - which is much needed. I have been doing paleo for a month now and really look for this type of food when hungry. Cheers Cobblers have a dropped-biscuit or pie dough topping.
