Steps to make Guacamole:
  1. Cut red onion very fine, put bunch in small glass bowl, bunch in mid size glass bowl (note did not have red for this example….). Rest on plate
  2. Cut about 3 avocados, put in mid size glass bowl. Squeeze half lemon at least on avocados. Quick… Or will brown out. Add salt pinch to avocado bowl.
  3. Mash together onion and avocados
  4. Cut cilantro… Maybe like 10 bunches worth. Small pieces… Same bunch x2 then plate. Taste for flavor.
  5. One tomato, cut very thin, put all in small glass. Put pinch of salt. Mix.
