  13. Prepare 1 Large onion squarely cut in 1 inch size
  14. Make ready 1 Medium green capsicum cut like onion
  15. Get 2 tsp Chopped garlic
  16. Get 2 green chilli silt length wise
  17. Take 1 tsp Red chilli sauce..
  18. Take 1 tsp Soya sauce..
  19. Get .1 tbsp Tomato sauce…
  20. Get 1/3 tsp Garam masala….
  21. Take 2-3 tbsp refined oil to fry and cook

Instructions to make Chilli Mushrooms:
  1. Take a nonstick pan. Heat oil. Shallow fry the marinaded chopped Mushrooms (made into balls) from all the sides till golden brown in low medium flame.
  2. Remove Mushrooms balls from the pan….to the same oil add chopped garlic and green chilli…Fry for 1 min..
  3. Add chopped onion and capsicum…. again fry for 1 min..
  4. Add all sauces, masalas, Mushrooms balls and salt…mix nicely and cook for 1 min to keep the crunchiness intact
  5. Make sure to check salt added as we have used to marinade Mushrooms also.
  6. Yummy yummy chilli Mushrooms is ready. Serve hot.
