  7. Add salt to taste. Add boiled eggs if using. Stir.
  8. Prepare tempering. Heat ghee in small pan. Add garlic, green chilli, curry leaves, coriander leaves, pinch of salt, black pepper powder, and water. Add it to the vegetable and cover the pan quickly. Mix well.
  9. Serve with chapati/roti/naan/paratha.
