  1. For making tart i used rice flour for that boil 2 cups of water and add little salt and oil to eat
  2. Add rice flour and mix well
  3. Cover the lid and steam for 5 to 10 minutes
  4. Now start making dough when it is dint let it cool if u need more water while making dough try adding little
  5. Make smooth dough
  6. Take moulds and give a shape inside with dough
  7. Make all moulds ready
  8. In a pan heat oil and add onion and green chilly and fry till onion becomes soft
  9. Now add all.the spices
  10. Now add veggies and cook till it becomes soft
  11. Now put veggies in the tarts
  12. Garnish with cheez and keep in oven for 10.minutes on 200°
  13. Take out the ready tarts and add curd from the top and serve this yummy hot veggie tarts
