  6. Add garam masala mix well, add salt, switch off the flame and add lime juice. Mix well, keep the stuffing for cooling
  7. Divide it and make balls. - - Make big disc (Roti) of each dough ball with rolling pin. Dust some dry wheat flour while rolling
  8. Run knife through it to make strips.
  9. Take one colour strip and fold alternate strip backwards till end. -  Place green colour middle stripe on that and unfold all again. - Now fold other order - Repeat process till the end.
  10. Now, place green stuffing one side of paratha
  11. Apply water on egdes and fold it and seal it with hand.
  12. Place this paratha on hot tava, apply some ghee, and roasted on both side on low flame.
