  21. Prepare 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  22. Prepare Dash Tabasco
  23. Make ready Mix the above and keep in the fridge
  24. Prepare Twice Fry Masala Chips
  25. Prepare 500 g potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
  26. Get 2 tbsp plain flour
  27. Make ready to taste Salt
  28. Get Dash pepper
  29. Make ready 1 tbsp Rajah Chaat Masala
  30. Get 1 tsp Onion Powder
  31. Get Oil for Deep Frying

Serve immediately with Fish Rava and Rose Marie Mayo.
