  25. Prepare saffron to half cup of hot milk

Steps to make Vegetable biryani:
  1. Step 1: Soak 2 cup of basmati rice for 30 minutes
  2. Cut all the veggies in big sizes only - capsicum you can cut into small pcs.
  3. Fry onion till it becomes brown and crispy and keep aside fried onion
  4. Now take a big pot for making biryani and add 2 to 3 tbsp oil and add tej patta, clove, jeera, dalchini
  5. Now add 4 to 5 cups of water and bring it to boil and now add soaked basmati rice to it.
  6. Bring rice to cook only 75% don't cook fully - And drain and keep aside.
  7. In Same pot add oil and again put some pcs of clove, tez patta, cardamon - Add ginger garlic, green chilli paste and saute till raw smells goes.
  8. Add tomato puree and keep on low flame till tomato puree leaves oil from side
  9. Now add all spices to it and mix well and keep for 2 minutes.
  10. Now add whisked curd to it and mix slowly and add all veggies mix well
  11. Add water 1 cup and keep it covered so that your veggies get cooked nicely
  12. Now add the basmati rice on top spread nicely all over the veggies and and add fried onion and put coriander and mint leaves on top and now add soaked saffron milk from top for nice texture
  13. Add 2 tbsp of ghee
  14. Now cover with foil paper or dough and put lid on the pot and keep for 10 to 15 minutes.
  15. Your delicious biryani is ready to serve with dahi raita.
