  7. Set aside for about 1 hour to let dough rise.
  8. Place the dough on the counter and cut into 6 pieces which we will shape into balls.
  9. Flatten the balls but make sure the middle is thicker.
  10. Place the chocolate chips in the middle and fold the sides of the dough over top the chocolate.
  11. Place into cupcake paper, cover and let rest for another 10 minutes.
  12. Steam for 15-20 minutes.

These soft and fluffy steamed buns are incredibly delicious and usually not too pricey. I think a good formula for vegetarian fillings is: grilled/deep fried vegetables (or tofu/seitan) + something crunchy. Brush some oil on the bottom of each baozi and put into the steamer. Heat up water in wok and begin to steam. The vinegar will help brighten the buns as they steam, resulting in a lighter bun in.
